Enter the World of Quality: CheckMe!®
CheckMe!® was developed as a result of over 20 years of studies by Proctor Engineering Group. These studies found three main problems with air conditioners: incorrect refrigerant level, low airflow through the indoor coil, and duct system air leakage. CheckMe is a computerized diagnostic, verification, and quality assurance system that has been used by thousands of HVAC service technicians to detect and correct these problems on over a quarter of a million systems nationwide. Over the years, CheckMe has evolved to also identify under-performing air conditioners that are ideal candidates for replacement with a new high efficiency air conditioner. |

CheckMe!® enables HVAC contractors to access sophisticated diagnostic capabilities through a simple phone call, with immediate technical support from the industry’s leading experts available on every job. CheckMe analyses are performed while the service technician is at the jobsite. Technicians receive immediate feedback from the CheckMe operator, enabling them to correct problems before they leave the jobsite. Customers receive a follow-up mailing indicating the initial and final status of their system and certifying the results of the testing performed. |

All CheckMe!® HVAC technicians are required to successfully complete PEG’s CheckMe training. The CheckMe! training is a full day class with a high teacher to student ratio (classes are limited to 4 technicians), ensuring that each technician receives individual attention. The class is “hands on.” Every technician must demonstrate the ability to do the work correctly.
